A: I think distance education will continue to grow, especially in secondary education. This will lead to more people having the time and resources available to further their education. For teachers, some of the advantages include having additional resources available, accessing more information easier, and being able to collaborate with a diverse range of educators. Disadvantages would be the time it takes to learn technology and technology costs.
For students, they have more educational resources available for learning and resourcing. They also can "go to class" anywhere they have access to the internet. Disadvantages would be the time it takes to learn technology and technology costs.
This weeks projects: I found my head spinning this week trying to come up with test questions for this assignment when I have a major assignment due in my REF632 class. Feeling overwhelmed with structuring these assignments had me hating technology this week. I watched the tutorials for the forum and survey post on weebly. They were useful for me.
